Appointment Policy

At Olexa Salon & Spa, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our appointment and cancellation policy below.

1. Appointment Changes

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a 50% service fee.
Repeated short-notice cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.

2. No-Show Appointments

Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the booked service.
After two no-shows, online booking privileges may be suspended until fees are cleared.

3. Late Arrivals

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in adjusted or rescheduled services to respect the next guest’s time.
Repeated lateness may require prepayment for future bookings.

4. Deposits

Select services may require a deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied toward your final total.
Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within the 24-hour window or not attended.

Product returns are accepted only if unused, unopened, and accompanied by proof of purchase within 14 days.

Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.

Promotional discounts or packages cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
